For those who are joining us for the first time, your lessons will come with a Swim like me Workbook and Swim Cap.  After your first lessons, you will purchase from our Established Client pricing.

  • REFUND POLICY

    It is the policy of Rhythm and Stroke LLC, that ALL fees are nonrefundable including but not limited to: registration fees and class fees.

  • COVID-19

    Due to COVID-19 

    Each person must wear a mask at all times while in the facility, except when they are in the water. 

    Only patrons receiving service will gain entrance into the facility.

    The dressing room has a restroom and a place to change, there is no shower. In the interest of time, please come properly dressed for your session.
